For events using PheedLoop OnSight for check-in purposes but not wanting to print badges (perhaps because they've all been pre-printed) as attendees check in, this new setting should help greatly. Visit Experiences > On-Site > Settings to toggle the "Disable Badge Printing" option.
SmartSight is PheedLoop's real-time analytics system, providing event admins with extremely specific information down to the second and down to individual clicks/taps. SmartSight now allows you to segment out your virtual web portal and on-site mobile app (PheedLoop Go) data via the Experience filter. You can combine the data from both interfaces to get a strong hybrid perspective, or segment virtual and on-site individually depending on your event!
When you're editing a session, there is now a new set of settings available that allow you to individually toggle on or off one or both of the live polls and Q&A tabs in the session. This only applies if your event has the Advanced Audience Interaction power-up enabled, and is useful if a particular set of sessions do not require full interactivity. This applies to both the virtual web portal and the hybrid mobile app.
PheedLoop Go (the hybrid mobile event app) now allows attendees to leave comments on image, video, and text posts in the event feed.
PheedLoop Go (the hybrid mobile event app) now supports videos in the event feed! This is a really exciting and powerful way, similar to "Stories" features in your favorite social media apps, to bring an animated and lively feel to your event for both on-site and virtual attendees.
It's not surprise that Slack is as ubiquitous in the workplace as unlimited coffee and WiFi, and now we're excited to combine the power of PheedLoop with Slack. We've built a Slackbot named Loopy, that you can plug right into your Slack channels. Loopy will notify you of new event registrations as they come in to start, and a lot more in the near future.
