We have some people who are sponsors/exhibitors and their only role is to update their sponsor/exhibitor page. Because the have a username/password, they are listed on the attendee list but they are not attending the conference and this causes confusion. Is there a way to exclude these from the attendee list if they are strictly a back of house/marketing person who will not be attending the event in person?

YES!!! Agreed! Many of our exhibitors have a trade show coordinator, etc., who manages all the details, but does not attend. Right now, by default, the exhibitor "Main Contact" is added as an attendee (which also uses an attendee credit.) Would be great to be able to create roles that are non-attendee roles. (i.e., exhibitor coordinator, marketing manager, etc.)

I mean if someone needs access, they'll have to use a credit, but you're able to make their profile invisible so that they are not going to be contacted. You also do not have to make the main contact visible either.
