Auto-send announcements by tag after initial send time

We know we can program a date & time to send announcements based on Tags/Tickets and do this frequently. It would be helpful that when any new registrant, whether that be an attendee, sponsor, speaker is added to PheedLoop, that those announcements are auto-sent to the registrants based on their tag. At the present time, we have to remember to send the communications to 'late registrants' as either single or bulk sends after the initial push as these communications contain helpful event preparation instructions. It would be a time saver to have PheedLoop logic designed to recognize the announcements to auto-send when a new registrant with the same tags is added so we make sure everyone receives the information for the event the way.

As long as the automated sending can be toggled on or off. We are careful when communication is sent. We do not want to send anything on a Friday or weekend and also not on a Monday morning (stats). We also look at what other information is being sent so people do not receive multiple communications in one day or days in a row (overload).
