5. There is a huge need to track and report bounced emails. We were sending reminder emails to a presenter that was selected. They thought their presentation wasn’t accepted because they weren’t receiving the emails. Their email was entered as a co-speaker and the original speaker entered it wrong. It wasn’t until we emailed outside of the system that we realized, but we don’t like emailing outside of the system.
