Bulk edit sections — hide section, background image, background color

When creating a new event, first thing we do is hide all sections. About a month after the event has concluded, we hide all sections again.
We have can have up to 81 sections. Several have the same background color or background image.
It would be so much easier to be able to edit "hide section," background image, and background color in bulk.
