Default Attendee Panels Collapsed on Ticket Assignment Page

On the "Assign" step of the ticketing process, attendee detail panels are expanded by default. This becomes cumbersome when managing multiple tickets, as it clutters the page and makes navigation difficult.
We’d love an option to have all attendee panels start collapsed by default, with the ability to expand individually if needed.
