There's a glitch in the system, when a new exhibitor or sponsor registers and clicks on the Credit card payment but ends up closing the pop-up box without paying and select WIRE payment option instead, the system creates two different payments in their account. Unfortunately, we are also unable to delete a payment, which means we have to manually change a payment to say $0 but this still appears on the final contract/invoice and it's not as professional or clean looking as I would like it to be.
