Hyperlinked text not visible in virtual portal announcements — does not meet accessibility requirements.

When creating announcements that contain hyperlinked text for the virtual portal, the hyperlinked text on the back end is underlined and blue. When looking at the same announcement in the virtual event portal, the hyperlinked text looks like regular content. The underline and blue link color have been stripped. Please fix so the content is better accessible for all users.
