Move session check in scanning back to the regular app

Although you want the primary app to be focused on mainly the attendees is was very nice not having to have a separate app to do things like session check in. Having it where there piece only showed to users who were tagged to do so made it easy for staff and kept the attendee experience as such. Having it is the same app was SO convenient and I believe it should stay that way. Not have to download a separate app.
