Option to hide/modify default website sections

We have a very customized site, which I put a lot of hours into adding code so the site displayed "just so" and now with your website updates, there's a ton more fixes this year that I need to make this year.
Specifically for the speaker cards section, if we could modify the section title, or remove it altogether would be fantastic, as well as customize the buttons below and option to hide would be fantastic.
