Proposals call — disable cospeaker section

It would be great to be able to disable the cospeaker section in a proposal call — toggle off/on.

I discovered that when adding the number 0 in the co-speaker field on the back end when setting up the call, it will not display the co-speaker section. This is not intuitive. Either add a checkbox or have language visible explaining to add 0 for not showing the section (and not hidden under a question mark icon).
