Schedule — option to add background color and hide start and end time

When creating a schedule with concurrent session blocks, the visual translation gets lost on front end — it is not easy to visually see what sessions belong to a block other than paying attention to the start and end time of sessions. It would be great if we are able to change the background color of each session. The other thing I run into is that we create blocks like "Breakfast on Your Own." It would be great to be able to hide the time on the front end — we do not want to decide the timeframe of people having breakfast.
