Send Emails to Speakers by Tag/Speaker Role
Feature request

I'd love to be able to send direct messages to speakers of a certain type. We have different formats for sessions and they each have different templates and requirements for their presenations. It would be great to send an email through PL where we have the built in link to their speaker portal. I know I can export a list and send the email through my own mail server, but it would be great to streamline where and from whom they are receiving important information.

Not sure if the following would be helpful for you to use — you might have used it this way and you are looking for more. We use tasks for speakers and assign tasks globally and also assign tasks per speaker or a group of speakers. When assigning tasks per speaker or a group of speakers, you can easily assign different templates and requirements that pertain to them only. After we have added tasks, we send the "Task Completion Reminder" email template to inform speakers they have new tasks they need to look at, complete.
