Switching Ticket Purchases

An easier way to switch between tickets that have been purchased.
We have people who purchase a ticket and then want to change the purchase to another ticket.
Right now, the only option is to delete the current ticket and then put in the new ticket; however that is inconvenient as you have to re input all of the information for the person who is getting that ticket - basically having to have two windows open to copy over their information.
