Translations showing up under Custom content box

It would be nice if the already created translations would show up under the Custom Content box where it got created. Example, if French translation was added to a session description, when clicking on "translate this text" for said description to make an update, we would see the previous text that was added there before. Instead of going back to the translation tool and searching for the source code.
